Yerin Ha Shines at the Dune: Prophecy Premiere Before Her Big Bridgerton Debut
She takes ELLE.com behind the scenes of her night celebrating the new prequel series.

Yerin Ha is set to lead Bridgerton’s fourth season, but before she slips into her Regency garb and masquerade ball gown, she’s headed to the sandy expanses of Arrakis for Dune: Prophecy. The Dune prequel series, coming to HBO on November 17, focuses on the formation of the Bene Gesserit 10,000 years before the birth of Timothée Chalamet’s Paul Atreides. Ha plays a young version of Kasha, a reverend mother portrayed by Jihae in the show’s present timeline.
For last night’s premiere in New York, Ha didn’t stray far from the sci-fi theme, opting for a structured black sleeveless gown by Gucci and stacked jewelry from David Yurman. She even FaceTimed with her stylist, Holly White, to make sure she got the look down right. (We sure think she did.)
But when it came time for the big event, the true highlight for Ha was being able “to see everyone again—and also finally watching the first episode all cut together with an audience (and the VFX) and sharing that with my agent Dahbin.” Below, the rising actress takes us behind the scenes of her night celebrating Dune: Prophecy.
