Sirens, Netflix's latest laugh-out-loud entry to its burgeoning eat-the-rich cannon, has taken the internet by storm since its debut on the streaming platform on May 22.
The five-episode series, which stars Milly Alcock, Julianne Moore and, fittingly with its genre, The White Lotus' Meghann Fahy, combines the hilarity of Fahy's alma mater show with the dark underbelly of Big Little Lies, all of which unfolds against the veneered backdrop of a New England-style estate.

Produced by Margot Robbie's LuckyChap productions and starring a coterie of A-list names, it's no wonder that fans are eager for the show to be renewed for a second season. This is everything we know about whether that's on the horizon.
What is Netflix's Sirens about?
'Sirens follows Devon DeWitt (Meghann Fahy) as she struggles to reconnect with her sister Simone (Milly Alcock) and navigate uber-wealthy waters, all the while trying to figure out what is so irresistible about this world and who on the island really holds the power,' the series' official Netflix synopsis reads.
Moore stars as Michaela Kell, Simone's boss, who reigns supreme on the island and in Simone's heart, per Netflix, with Kevin Bacon starring as Michaela's wealthy husband, Peter.
Has Netflix's Sirens been renewed for a second season?
At the time of writing, Sirens hasn't been renewed for a second season, and given its status as a limited series it's unclear what a second season's fate may be. However, the precedent with Netflix's limited series seems to be that where there's demand, renewals for second seasons tend to follow.
Nobody Wants This, Beef and The Four Seasons are just a handful of examples of Netflix limited series that have been renewed for second outings, so here's hoping Sirens receives the same treatment.
