Pete Davidson has been pretty busy lately. Not only has he got a minimum of four film and TV projects coming out this year but he's also a few months in to his budding romance with Kim Kardashian (and starting to do a little PDA too). So, it's pretty big news that the SNL comedian has rejoined Instagram after a four year hiatus from the platform. It's even bigger news that he's marked his return by following just two people, and fans are a bit obsessed with who they are.
Back in 2018 Pete Davidson quit Instagram and all other social media, explaining that he just wasn't enjoying using it any longer.
'The internet is an evil place and it doesn’t make me feel good.' He explained in a statement. 'Why should I spend any time on negative energy when my real life is f***ing lit.'

He added, 'The fact that I even have to say this proves my point. I love you all and I’m sure I’ll be back at some point.'
Well, it looks as though the time has come. Late last night a Pete Davidson account was activated and swiftly blue-ticked. While the account currently doesn't have any posts the blue tick seems like confirmation that this is the Pete Davidson back on the platform.
Obviously fans quickly lost it over the news, especially given Pete's relationship with Instagram royalty Kim (joint content?!), but the main bit fans loved about the whole thing was that Pete followed just two accounts on his return to Instagram and you'll never guess who.
Okay, fine, so the first one is probably quite obvious: his girlfriend and prayer candle muse, Kim Kardashian, who quickly followed him back. Adorable. But it's the second one that really had people talking; Pam & Tommy star Sebastian Stan. This quite quickly caused a lot of chatter from fans - since when are these two friends? Are they working on something together? Why doesn't he follow us?! All valid questions.
Everything crossed for a Pete x Sebastian x Kim project. Fingers and toes.
