Seeing as Kris Jenner works harder than the devil (according to meme folklore, anyway), it's no surprise her morning routine sounds intense.

Cast your minds back to 2018 and you might remember the internet going into meltdown over Mark Wahlberg's gruelling daily regime, which included waking up at 2.30am.

While the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star allows herself a little more shut-eye than the actor, it's certainly not one for the faint hearted. A lie-in? We don't know her.

Kourtney Kardashian shared an insight into her mum's mornings on her wellness website, Poosh. In the interview, Kris revealed she wakes up at 4.30am, has a coffee by 5am and checks her emails at 5.30am.

She then heads to the treadmill to read the news (side note: we stan a multitasker) between 6am and 7am, has a shower and spends an hour in glam, before getting to her meetings at 9.30am.

Considering we've barely opened our eyes by 9am, this is seriously impressive.

Kris's morning routine comes as daughter Kendall Jenner opened up about her Met Gala experience, and the hilarious moment when Kris was loitering at the top of the stairs for her.

'My mum stands at the top of the carpet, and security's always like "C'mon ma'am, you need to go inside now. You can't just stand here,"' the 25-year-old told Jimmy Fallon.

'And she's like, "Absolutely not. I'm watching all of my daughters walk in." And she's so cute. She takes videos of us. She's the best.'

So sweet!
