Halle Berry is proving yet again for the people at the back that all bodies can be healthy, regardless of age.
On Monday, the 54-year-old actress took to Instagram to share a video clip to promote her digital content and e-commerce wellness brand Respin.
In the video, Berry can be seen calmly strolling across a beach wearing a black bikini by celebrity-favourite brand Bluebella, throwing punches in a boxing ring and practicing yoga. Wearing workout clothing, the Oscar-winner shows off her toned arms, torso and shoulders.

During the clip, Berry's voiceover details the importance of looking after one's body, noting that: 'Health and wellness doesn’t just happen overnight but it’s a life long journey that requires commitment and mindfulness.'
She captioned the video: 'It’s been a true honour to share @respin with you. May we all continue to grow, and @respin what we thought we knew. Together.'
Berry launched her 'inclusive' digital wellness platform in April. The concept draws parallels to Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop lifestyle brand and Kourtney Kardashian's website Poosh.
The brand describes itself on its website as 'an accessible and resourceful destination for conversation, connection and discovery'. Respin has been in the works since 2001, according to its 'about us' page, with Berry noting:
My health journey started when I was 22 years old and it was a moment I’ll never forget. I found myself in a coma due to my diabetes. Diet and fitness changed my life.
Berry is no stranger to working out, having played physically demanding roles like Catwoman in the 2004 of the same title and having recreated that now famous Ursula Andress 'water scene' while playing Giacinta 'Jinx' Johnson in Die Another Day (2002).
Berry is one of countless celebrities in their fifties showing off their figures on Instagram this year.
In September, Salma Hayek shared a photo of herself in a swimsuit to celebrate her 54th birthday, and Jennifer Lopez shared two bikini photos of herself in the Hamptons the same month. ‘Vacation vibes,’ she captioned one sultry picture.
Halle has long been an advocate for body strength and wellness and regularly shares her fitness tips on Instagram.
In 2008, the star shared a throwback snap of herself in a black bikini on her Instagram page to welcome in the new year.
She captioned the picture 'coming for you 2018', resulting in fans praising her confidence, with one follower writing 'you're amazing', while another wrote 'totally beautiful and stunning and gorgeous' while one devoted fan called her a 'goddess'.
