It's no secret that Adele is a huge Beyoncé fan. When she won the Grammy for Album of the Year in 2017 for 25 over Lemonade, she used much of her speech to praise Bey.

'You are our light,' she said then. 'And the way that you make me and my friends feel, the way you make my black friends feel is empowering, and you make them stand up for themselves. And I love you. I always have. And I always will. I appreciate it.'

On Saturday, Adele posted an Instagram photo in tribute to Beyoncé and her new visual album, Black Is King. In the photo, Adele wears a shirt that matches Beyoncé's outfit pictured onscreen, as she gestures toward her. 'Thank you Queen for always making us all feel so loved through your art ♥️♥️,' she wrote.

In the photo, Adele also shows off some new curly long hair that fans haven't seen until now. In June, she posted a photo of herself staring into a fan with the caption 'five ciders in'. In that photo, her hair was long, but there were no curls to be seen.

The singer has been spending much of 2020 in quarantine during the global pandemic. When a fan asked if Adele if new album was coming out, she responded with her blunt thoughts on the matter: 'Of course it's not. Corona ain't over. I'm quarantining. Wear a mask and be patient.'

For now, she's at home watching Beyoncé's magic on Disney+—just like the rest of us.
