Steve Kazee has opened up about his regrets after becoming a father to his two-month-old son Callum.
In March, the actor welcomed his first child with actress Jenna Dewan, following their engagement. In recent weeks, the couple have been self isolating with their newborn and Dewan’s daughter, Everly, from her previous marriage to Channing Tatum.
Gushing about their baby and becoming a father, Kazee took to Instagram on Sunday to share a photo of the tot.

‘I wish I’d done this ten years ago. How could I know. How could I know that the answer was so easy [sic],’ he wrote in the caption of the post, presumably referring to fatherhood.
‘My beautiful boy. I hope you see this someday and know that your daddy loves you better than anything in this world and that, to him, you are the brightest light in this darkest hour.
‘You give me hope. You give me love. You give me everything. I will never stop trying to give you all that and more in return. I love you son! Happy 2 months Callum!’
Dewan is among more than 26,000 of Kazee’s followers who ‘liked’ the post, which sees Callum wearing an all-blue ensemble and starring past the camera.
On March 10, the Step Up star announced she had given birth to her son Callum.
‘Welcome to the world you little angel! Callum Michael Rebel Kazee 3/6/20,’ she captioned a photo of her and her newborn.
In February, Dewan shared several photos from her maternity shoot with her then-boyfriend, describing pregnancy as a ‘magical’ time in her life.
‘My love, my gift, I am the luckiest girl alive,' Dewan wrote, alongside a picture of her and her beau, on Instagram.
Dewan got engaged to Kazee, whom she started dating in October 2018, with the actress announcing their engagement with a photograph of them kissing at their baby shower.
‘A lifetime to love and grow with you...you have my heart,’ she captioned the adorable photo.
