Just when you thought the dust had settled between the Sex and the City cast, Kristin Davis appears to have thrown even more shade on co-star Kim Cattrall.

Yesterday, the actress posted a SATC throwback photo on Instagram ahead of the 70th annual Primetime Emmy Awards.

The photo, taken in 2004, shows Kristin with her co-stars Cynthia Nixon and Sarah Jessica Parker sitting at a table of Emmy Awards trophies.

'Emmy flashback - super happy memories and wishing joy to everyone tonight . We are all so incredibly lucky to get to do what we do !' Kristin wrote in the caption for her followers.

Of course, the post noticeably excluded Cattrall, who starred in the hit HBO show with the trio.

Fans of the series took to the comments section of the photo to criticise the actress for the seemingly petty move.

'I'm starting to understand why Kim decided not to make more films with you ladies,' read one comment.

'They didn’t earn those Emmys without her,' added another.

Earlier this year, Kim opened up about her falling out with Sarah and revealed she would not appear in a third film instalment of the SATC franchise.

She later criticised her co-star for expressing her condolences over the death of Kim's brother, Chris, in February.

'Your continuous reaching out is a painful reminder of how cruel you really were then and now,' Kim wrote on Instagram.

'Let me make this VERY clear. (If I haven't already) You are not my family. You are not my friend. So I'm writing to tell you one last time to stop exploiting our tragedy in order to restore your "nice girl persona",' she added.

Kim previously sat down with Piers Morgan to discuss her 'toxic relationship' with the other stars and said Sarah 'could have been nicer' about the situation.

In response, Sarah later attempted to end the pair's feud in an interview with interview with Vulture in which she spoke on behalf of Kristin and Cynthia.

'The three of us have shared our disappointment that we're not making that movie, not just on our behalf but our crew, but also just the people that have been vocal about wanting to see it. But we still live in a free country where people get to make choices and sometimes the answer is no, and the only way to respond for me is to respect that,' she said.

She added: 'There is no catfight, there never has been a catfight. I’ve never fought with someone publicly in my life, nor would I.'
