Whether it's a charity event, official engagement, or public appearance, the Royal Family have a jam-packed schedule consisting of endless plane, train and car journeys that would send even the most avid jet setter on edge.

So, it makes sense the likes of Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle's private cars are equipped with all of the Duchess' go-to snacks to keep their hunger at bay.

When it comes to Kate, HELLO! reports the Duchess of Cambridge loves to travel with a small plastic container full of her favourite snacks just in case she gets peckish in the car on the way to events.

If you look closely into the interior the royal's car, you will spot a small see-through lunchbox perched on the armrest in the back seat.

While it's unknown what the Duchess likes to snack on, she's rumoured to be a big fan of popcorn, following her royal tour of Canada and the USA in 2014. During the trip, she was photographed enjoying a bag of the sweet treat with her husband, Prince William, at an NBA match.

Meanwhile, Kate's sister-in-law Meghan reportedly likes to travel with bottle of water, granted with the royal stamp of approval, no less.

The publication reports the Duchess of Sussex travels with Hildon natural mineral water in both still and sparkling. The water brand gained an official royal warrant earlier this year after years of supplying the royal household with the drink.

The water reportedly comes from 50 years of natural filtration through the chalk hills of the Test Valley in Hampshire.

Just last week ahead of her appearance at an event by children's charity WellChild, the 37-year-old was spotted getting out of her car - dressed in an Altuzarra black suit teamed with a Deitas black blouse - and leaving behind two bottles of the water in the drinks holders between hers and Prince Harry's seats.

However, water isn't the only thing close at hand in the backseat of the newlywed's cars.

In December 2017, Meghan and Prince Harry were also photographed sat either side of what appeared to be a plastic container of mints during their official visit to Nottingham.
