Updated on 16/06/21: Jennifer Aniston has wished her Friends co-star and best friend Courtney Cox a happy birthday.
To celebrate Cox’s 57th birthday on Tuesday Aniston shared several clips and photos on her Instagram Stories with 50 Cent’s song ‘In Da Club’ playing over the top.
‘Happy Birthday to this ridiculously special human @courteneycoxofficial,’ Aniston captioned the first throwback video of the pair holding hands and another of them from their recent Friends reunion. ‘Time flies when you're having fun!’

The snaps come days after Aniston marked her goddaughter – Cox’s daughter Coco’s – 17th birthday on social media.
‘Happy Birthday my sweet Cocolicious! Godmama LOVES you, [sic]’ she wrote on a throwback photo of the teen, according to PEOPLE.

Last night, the Friends alumni looked dazzling as they reunited for the Chanel Dinner Celebrating Our Majestic Oceans benefit for NRDC Malibu.
Dressed in matching monochrome, 49-year-old Aniston teamed a black double breasted oversized trouser suit with black stilettos and an embellished Chanel clutch bag.
Meanwhile, her 53-year-old BFF sported a pair of black silk trousers and a white shirt with a black tie draped loosely around her neck. Like her real-life BFF, she also wore black heels and carried a tweed Chanel handbag.
Of course, snaps of the pair lovingly embracing each other isn't new given their close bond over the years. Just last month, the two friends were recently spotted grabbing dinner together at Los Angeles hotspot Craig’s with mutual pal, Ellen Degeneres.
Last night, it was reported Aniston - who recently split from husband of two years Justin Theroux - is set to take on maid of honour duties when Courteney Cox marries Snow Patrol's Johnny McDaid this summer.
A source told the Mirror: ‘Courteney and Jennifer are thick as thieves and they have got even closer in recent months.
‘Courteney wouldn’t want to walk down the aisle without Jennifer by her side. They have a very strong friendship.’
In March, Cox revealed that she, Aniston and fellow Friends actress Lisa Kudrow are in an ongoing group text.
‘Lisa, Jennifer and I all have a text chain, but to me it's too much pressure. I'm not into the group text chain. I really don't like it!’ Cox told US Weekly.
