If, like me, you're currently on a serious Y2K spiral and wondering what your favourite 2000s celebs are now up to, I got you.

Whether it's Paris Hilton's bombshell waves or Avril Lavigne's age-defying selfies, it seems all our favourite childhood celebs are making their way back onto our Pinterest boards.

One singer whose soundtrack made my teenage years is Christina Milian. Not only was that 'Dip It Low' video iconic (that black paint scene though), but 'AM to PM' was the song I listened to on repeat.

Christina is now 39 years old, which is kind of crazy because it makes you realise just how young she was when she released all those bangers.

While 39 is by no means old, I was still shocked to see how young Christina still looked in her latest Instagram selfie.

Seriously, I don't know what's in this celebrity water they're all clearly drinking, but just like Rihanna, Christina could easily still pass as a teenager.

With her natural curly hair on show and barely there minimal makeup, Christina looks happy, healthy and glowing.

Christina, tell us your secrets, or better still, allow us to clone your genes because if there's a way that I can still look 19, I want to know about it.

Since quitting singing, Christina has taken up acting and is currently starring in Netflix's Resort To Love film about a broken-hearted singer who accepts a gig at a private island (where her ex-fiance is about to get married).

Looks like we know what we'll be adding to our watch list then.
