Renee Zellweger just took home one of the most prestigious accolades at the 92nd Academy Awards - the Best Actress Oscar for her role in the film Judy.
The 50-year-old actress, accepted the enormous honour on Sunday night, February 9, in the grand Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, having beaten revered stars Charlize Theron, Cynthia Erivo, Scarlett Johansson and Saoirse Ronan to the post.
Taking to the stage, Zellweger dedicated the first part of her speech to thanking the many cast and crew who brought her role of Judy Garland to life.

In the second half of her speech, however, the Bridget Jones star launched into a more broad honouring of the many 'icons' that have united people throughout history.
She stated: 'This past year of conversations celebrating Judy garland, across generations and across cultures, has been a really cool reminder that our heroes unite us. They are the best among us who inspire us to find the best in ourselves.They help us to find the best in ourselves. When we look to our heroes we agree. And that matters. Neil Armstrong, Sally Ride...'
She continued: 'Venus and Serena and Selena... Scorsese. Bob Dylan, Scorsese, Fred Rogers. Harriet Tubman We agree on our teachers and we agree on our courageous men and women in uniform who serve.
'When we celebrate our heroes we are reminded who we are as one people.'
It was rousing and empowering.
However, viewers cannot seem to agree on some of the people that Zellweger was referring to during her speech.
While some, at hearing the name 'Selena', immediately assumed that the actress was referring to 27-year-old pop star Selena Gomez, others were quick to point out that they didn't think this was the case.
