Cats star Rebel Wilson was given the honour of presenting the Best Director award at the BAFTAs – and, unlike most other actors who took to the stage, she actually managed to get a few laughs.
With the audience already in the palm of her hand, Rebel announced that she was wearing a dress made up of two separate dresses, which she said was her attempt to be sustainable at this year's awards.
She said the red part of her dress was from the time she failed to win Miss Australia, while the black part was for 'a funeral I just went to for the feature film Cats.'

She continued: 'Cats, strangely, not nominated for any awards. I'm not sure if everyone here is across the controversy, but this year, there has been a distinct lack of nominations for felines.'
She then finished by mocking the all-male nominees in the Best Director category, saying: 'I don't think I could do what they do. Honestly, I just don't have the balls.'
Incidentally, it was Sam Mendes who took home the Best Director award for his epic, one-shot war movie 1917.
