Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have decided not to follow any accounts from their Sussex Royal Instagram page.
Shortly after launching their account, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex explained that who they followed would change depending on whichever cause they were using their social media platform to champion.
They kicked things off by following just certain accounts promoting positive mental health, before finding pages supporting the LGBTQ+ community for pride month in June and then switching to herald Instagram organisations and individuals spearheading environmental and conservation work - including the Leonardo DiCaprio foundation.
But, for August, the royal couple are changing strategy and have asked their 9.2 million followers to suggest people for Sussex Royal to follow, who they consider to be 'forces for change'.
They have encouraged followers to add a comment with suggestions of people or organisations who 'you look up to, [an organisation] doing amazing work that we should all be following, an account that inspires you to be and do better (or that simply makes you feel good) or the handle that brims with optimism for a brighter tomorrow'.
The couple will then shortlist 15 accounts to follow and champion from next week, 'as we spend the month of August acknowledging the Forces for Change in all of our lives'.
The decision undoubtedly ties in with the Duchess of Sussex's guest edited Vogue cover which showcases her celebrity forces for change.
The 15 women chosen by Markle include New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Arden, teenage climate change activist Greta Thunberg, Grownish actress Yara Shahidi and body positivity campaigner Jameela Jamil.
