However, it looks like Meghan, who is due in April, took a detour home, stopping off at her mother, Doria Ragland’s bungalow in Los Angeles.
The Sun reports that one of Ragland’s neighbours spotted the mother-to-be, who detailed the mother-daughter duo's close relationship the newspaper:
'Meghan is a mummy’s girl — their special mother-daughter bond hasn’t disappeared just because she’s moved to England. Meghan will always come back to Doria, this will always be her home.'
They continued, saying that Markle has visited more than once, and has even brought her Duke husband with her:
'They are forever in touch, and Meghan has been here to stay on more than one occasion since going public with Harry. I even saw him here once, but it’s not my place to say any more.'
With all of the recent drama concerning Meghan's own father releasing her personal, handwritten letters she wrote him to the press, and her sister saying she 'has no heart', we're sure Meg benefitted from some quality mum time.
