Pippa Middleton welcomed her and her husband James Matthews's first child, a baby boy, yesterday, multiple royal reporters have announced this morning. And already, Kensington Palace has released a statement from Pippa's big sister Kate Middleton and her husband Prince William detailing their feelings on the matter. 'The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are thrilled for Pippa and James,' the Palace said.

She also chose to keep the baby's gender a surprise (at least to family), the same way Kate and William did for all of their pregnancies.
