Josephine Skriver and Jasmine Tookes aren't just Victoria's Secret Angels, they're also bonafide fitness influencers. The two run an Instagram account called Joja, where they share workout and health tips to their 518,000 followers. The duo posted a video today talking about carbs—specifically, whether or or not they eat them and the one carb they could never live without. In the age of low-carb or keto diets, we were happy to learn that the Angels love carbs as much as the rest of us.

'So everyone always asks us about carbs, and we're both big carb eaters,' says Skriver in the video. 'I think it's important for energy and everything. But Jas, if you could only eat one carb for the rest of your life—you have to choose between pasta, bread, or rice.' Tookes throws her head in her hands, weighing the decision and choosing her answer carefully. 'I think Rice,' Tookes shares. 'I'm honestly so addicted to rice.'

Skriver adds that she too would choose rice. 'It goes so well with Mexican food, Korean food, Chinese food—how could you never eat rice?' she asks. 'I would miss my burrito and I would miss my bread, but I could not live without rice. I have rice like once a day.' To that, Tookes adds: 'I have it like three times a day. But I'm not a big pasta eater. I actually just realised recently, I don't eat that much pasta.' Skriver adds that she loves pasta, but it's not a daily staple like rice.
