The great and the good of Hollywood kicked off this year's awards season in serious style.

The 2025 awards season kicked off with a bang last night, as the Golden Globes returned to The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles for the event’s 82nd edition. It’s largest awards show in the world celebrating the best of both film and television, and always draws a suitably stellar line-up of celebrities – all of whom make sure to bring their fashion A-game to the red carpet on the night.

This year’s attendees included Hollywood royalty including Zendaya, Angelina Jolie, Anya Taylor-Joy, Nicole Kidman and Cynthia Erivo, as well as stars from all corners of the creative industries who looked on as the prestigious trophies were awarded across 27 categories. The Brutalist picked up the Best Motion Picture - Drama gong, Demi Moore was named Best Female Actor, Wicked won the Cinematic and Box Office Achievement award, and Emilia Pérez took home a grand total of four awards, including Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy, in what was a thrilling ceremony from beginning to end.
In the absence of an official award to recognise the best dressed stars of the night, we’ve put together a shortlist of our own, featuring Ayo Edebiri in Loewe, Miley Cyrus in Celine, Zendaya in Louis Vuitton and Anya Taylor-Joy in Dior, to name but a few.
So, without further ado, this is ELLE UK’s list of the best red carpet looks at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards...
