Dakota Fanning sparkles in Stella

A demure looking Dakota Fanning sparkled in a floor skimming Stella McCartney gown at last nights premiere of Now Is Good, adapted from the Jenna Downham novel Before I Die.
Director Ol Parker joined the American actress along with cast members Jeremy Irvine, Kaya Scodelario and Olivia Williams at the intimate setting of the Washington Hotel in Mayfair, London.
Dakota (who paired her Stella dress with Jimmy Choo shoes and a Lanvin purse) pulls off a flawless English accent in her portrayal of Tessa. Her character in the film suffering from terminal lukemia, determined to live fast, while completing a list of things to do before she dies most of them illegal.
I hadnt thought of casting an American at all but the minute I met Dakota, I thought she was fantastic, director, Parker, tells ELLE, praising the young actress.
Kaya Scodelario, who found fame in E4's Skins plays Dakotas rebellious best friend Zoe in the film. Ive never worn anything quite like it before," the actress said of her on screen style which combines grunge with charity-shop-chic - a contrast to her red carpet look. "It was very flea market and I absolutely adored it. The clothes had old charity shop smells but I love that.
