It's safe to say that, at this point, 'naked dressing' is not so much a trend as an inevitable go-to for celebrities looking to make an impact on the red carpet. Where once a see-through or lingerie-exposing look would have been deemed highly controversial (see: Rose McGowan practically nude at the 1998 VMAs), nowadays it's nothing short of ubiquitous – and we love to see it, quite literally.
As if to prove our point, Ashley Graham stepped out during Milan Fashion Week in not one but four back-to-back sheer looks that placed her underwear front and centre. First, the model attended Alberta Ferretti's SS25 fashion show in a see-through black dress by the designer, featuring a plunging, wrap neckline, delicate floral embroidery and a material so sheer it showed Graham's matching bra and briefs beneath.

Later the same day, she opted for another see-through look that showed off her bra, this time courtesy of a patterned Etro two-piece. Proving that 'underwear as outerwear' has become her event dressing go-to, Graham then attended a glitzy party at Vesta Fiori Chiari in a sultry black ensemble, made up of a mini skirt, heels and transparent lace top that placed her sheer bra front and centre.
And finally, to really hammer the message home, the model sat front row at the Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini fashion show this morning wearing – you guessed it! – a dress with a see through-panel right on the chest to expose her bra.
Well, they do say 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'...
