When it comes to SS23 fashion trends, this season there really is something for everyone. Amongst the naked look, ruffle dresses, cut-outs, and Barbiecore, we've also seen microtrends aplenty. From the coquette aesthetic and tomato girl style, to balletcore and the corsage trend.
First seen on the Prada, Bottega Veneta, and Saks Potts SS23 catwalks, corsages have also been spotted on the red carpets worn by the likes of Phoebe Bridgers, Sophie Turner, Billie Piper, and even Harry Styles.
Just two short weeks ago, Nicole Kidman once again brought corsages to the forefront in a black Saint Laurent gown. You'd be forgiven for overlooking the 3D flower at the neckline of her black gown though, due to the *huge* cut-out across her chest.

And if we needed further confirmation the corsage trend is still big news, Selena Gomez put her own take on the trend for her 31st birthday dress.
Wearing a shortened version of a Bottega Veneta SS23 runway look, Sel's strapless dress featured 3D red flowers in varying sizes completely covering a sheer underlay that formed the silhouette of the dress. As well as the flower appliqués, tassels also decorated the dress adding further texture to the design.
Selena kept the theme going with her shoes, wearing Magda Butrym's Satin Flower Sandals 105 that featured a red satin corsage at the heel of the black lace-up sandals. She had her hair pulled up into a sleek updo, while silver hoop earrings were her only accessories.
Fans rushed to the comments section to wish the singer and Rare Beauty founder a happy birthday. And Paris Hilton also left a comment writing, 'Happy Birthday beautiful!😍 So much fun celebrating with you last night!🥰'.
If you have yet to try the corsage trend for yourself, what are you waiting for? The high street is still full of 3D flower appliqué pieces, and we've rounded up the best corsage looks to shop now – including a great high street dupe for Selena's designer heels.
