Billie Eilish has arrived at the Met Gala 2022 in a Regency-inspired corseted gown by Gucci.
The Oscar-winning singer certainly knows how to make an entrance, arriving at this year's Met Gala looking like a punky Victorian princess in a corseted gown topped with ink-black hair and a diamond encrusted choker.
Speaking in a red carpet interview, Eilish revealed that her was entirely upycycled from waste materials, to be as 'eco-friendly' as possible.

For last year’s gala, themed 'In America: A Lexicon of Fashion' the Oscar winner wore a peach coloured 1950s-style gown by Oscar De La Renta. The dress featured a full skirt, large train, boned corset and tulle shawl and Eilish styled the look with 30 pieces of Cartier jewellery, including a staggering 25 rings.
Oozing Marilyn Munroe vibes, the 20-year-old wore her newly-bleached hair in a vintage-inspired bob. The ‘bad guy’ singer later explained that she was inspired by her childhood Holiday Barbie for the look.
Speaking about her look to E! on the Met Gala red carpet on the night, Eilish – who won the Oscar for Best Original Song in March with her brother Finneas for their Bond track ‘No Time To Die’ - said: ‘This is the first thing I’ve done in this realm at all.
‘It just was time. It was time for this and I feel like I’ve grown so much in the last few years and my confidence … I’m so excited. I have butterflies. I couldn’t be happier.’
In an interview with the Guardian last year Eilish described herself as 'very confident' but struggles with how she perceives her body.
'I'm very confident in who I am, and I'm very happy with my life… I'm obviously not happy with my body,' Eilish. 'But who is?'
'When I'm on stage, I have to disassociate from the ideas I have of my body. Especially because I wear clothes that are bigger and easier to move in without showing everything – they can be really unflattering,' she added.
Last year Eilish served as a co-chair at the gala alongside the likes of Timothée Chalamet, Naomi Osaka and Amanda Gorman.
Following on from last year’s theme, the 2022 is inspired by 'In America: An Anthology of Fashion'. This year’s co-chairs include Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Regina King and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
