It's a 'Love Story' you could only imagine in your 'Wildest Dreams' (we won't apologise): Taylor Swift has revealed she's been cooking-up a fashion collab with star designer, and musical progeny, Stella McCartney.
Announced via Twitter on Tuesday, Swift surprised fans with an image of the two together, holding up a sketch, against the backdrop of cotton-candy clouds, and trippy shots of cats (of course).
So what do we know? It'll look 'cute', according to Swift. And it's inspired by her upcoming album, Lover (think of it as souped-up merch). It'll also be 'a fun, bold, colourful celebration,' according to McCartney.

We also now know Choupette is no longer the only cat with fashion credentials. Swift's kitten, Benjamin Button, appears on several pieces, deified, as if captured against the candy-coloured gates of heaven (again — of course! She did reportedly trademark his name in June, after all).
With McCartney's track record as an advocate for animal welfare, this collection will be catnip for ethically-minded fashion fans. It will be sustainable too, with reusable water bottles, as well as pieces made using leather alternatives made of recycled polyester and vegetable waste.
As for what you can buy, the full range comprises limited edition t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, and bags — in the same crepuscular sky shades, and candy brights as the artwork for Swift's new album.
When can you get it? If you're a T-Swizz fan, you can sign up for exclusive updates here. You can also hit a Stella McCartney store to pick-up limited edition luxury pieces (a rhinestone and heart-print bomber-jacket, and eco-'leather' handbag) from Thursday 22nd August.
In New York? You can buy the pieces from a Lover pop-up between 23rd - 25th August. More details to come via Swift, and McCartney on social media. Are you Ready For It?
