The Duchess of Sussex, 37, was joined by some of her closest A-list friends for the American pre-birth tradition, including tennis star Serena Williams (who snapped a rare selfie at the event), lawyer Amal Clooney, designer Mischa Nonoo and former Suits co-star Abigail Spencer (whose gift sparked some gender-based rumours).
