The Naked Gun’s Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson are newly dating—and finding their footing as a couple in real time as they continue their press tour for the film. Sources spoke to People, Us Weekly, and Page Six about the pair’s nascent offscreen romance.
'It’s a budding romance in the early stages,' People’s source said. 'It’s sincere, and it’s clear they’re smitten with each other.' The stars are 'enjoying each other’s company.'
Anderson and Neeson were friends first, Us Weekly’s source explained, then started dating: '[They] always had chemistry while they were filming, and their friendship naturally developed into more.'

This romantic shift is 'new' for them, and they’re 'learning how to navigate it together [during their press tour],' the source said. 'They are both shy and have tried to stay private but the spark between them is obvious.'
Neeson also has the approval of Anderson’s sons, 29-year-old Brandon Thomas Lee and 27-year-old Dylan Jagger Lee. The source explained, '[They] love seeing her happy and fully approve. [They] think Liam is great and have gotten to know him better in the last few months.'
Page Six’s source also said that Anderson and Neeson are letting their relationship develop naturally, calling Anderson a romantic. 'Getting close to him has been on her mind since she was cast,' the insider added. 'He’s fucking Liam Neeson. She has always found him attractive and interesting. What is happening?
