Dr Woo posted a picture of the former Disney star's tattoo to Instagram with the caption: '@mileycyrus don't play when it comes to #vegemite #halfneedle.'
Many believe the inking to be a romantic gesture to her Australian beau Liam Hemsworth, given his obsession for the snack.
The Hunger Games actor recently told Australia's Sunday Style about his love for the after-school treat.
'After-school Milo [a chocolate milk drink] and Vegemite on toast.'
'I lived on it,' he added.
Miley, how about next time you just buy Liam some Vegemite? It's much cheaper and far less painful.
