Between Chloe Moretz's game-changing barefaced SK-II campaign, and Lili Reinhart's spot cream Instagram stories, more than ever before the A-list are baring all and showing the world their own cystic acne woes.
And, although we appreciate them bursting the celebrity skin bubble of photoshop fakeness and next level make-up artistry, more often than not, the unrealistic beauty standards of flawless 'no make-up' selfies and perfect poreless skin still flood our Instagram feed.
Of course, we feel for any woman who spends hours covering up that pesky spot, including celebrities that are exposed to criticism 24/7, but we're yet to see a full-on adult acne situation that champions the reality of what so many women have to deal with on a daily basis.

As with everything, it's a completely personal decision to cover your acne and enjoy the beauty of make-up, or leave the concealer at home and go loud and proud with your bare skin.
Either way, we're one step closer to diverse and relatable beauty standards, and to that we say a big YAS.
