OK, dramatics aside, if we're getting real, the pair were seen out in the streets of New Jersey together but not in the way one would assume (aka, there's no need to crack out the tiny violin just yet for both Elle and Timothée are still in relationships with their separate partners). As stars of the upcoming movie, A Complete Unknown, the actors were on set filming and in character with somewhat dramatic beauty makeovers.
While Chalamet was papped sporting a head of 1980s-looking curls, Elle seems to have undergone a colour change, ditching her signature blonde locks and replacing them with copper lengths. Take a look at the new 'dos in question, below:
