Exactly one year ago, Bella Hadid shocked us all when she debuted a blonde Marilyn Monroe-inspired hair transformation – a temporary one, sadly. Since then, we've seen her with a MySpace-esque side fringe, enviable 'glass hair' and even no hair (thanks, AI). But it seems Bella wasn't done with being a blonde just yet, as she just debuted the tiniest blonde micro bob haircut we've ever seen.

We've been used to the model flaunting her long raven locks for the past couple of months, so we should have preempted a change was going to be in the (h)air – sorry. Bella debuted the new 'do in a shoot for The Perfect Magazine, and to say we had to do a double take would be an understatement.

She looks unrecognisable, but so so good. Apart from the faux buzz cut that she teased us with last year, this has got to be the shortest we've ever seen her hair.

The hair was crafted by hairstylist Akki Shirakawa, so we have them to thank for our new bob inspo.

As with most magazine shoots, we're betting this is a temporary change rather than a real one; especially as Bella sports a number of different hairstyles in this one shoot alone. So much hair, so little time.

However, we're hoping this faux blonde bob encourages Bella to try a real one on for size. She's giving Barbie a run for her money, that's for sure.
