As beauty editors, we're very spoilt for choice when it comes to what products we can use, seeing dozens of launches a week, trying many of them on for size. It's a lovely job, but often our skin doesn't agree when we overload it with new ingredients and weird formulas.

Make space on your shelf because this is a WHOPPER: a colossal 1000ml of hair-saving, shine-adding treatment that will last you for years (or at least a full 365 days).
Foolproof to use, you whack it on wet hair pre-shampoo (top tip: we use it on dry hair and it still seems to work as all), then rinse, shampoo and go.
St Tropez Self-Tan Purity Face Mist - Was £19.75, Now £13.80
We might be well-versed in beauty, but we still fear the fake tan disaster. Not with this though, which - simply spritzed on at night between skincare steps - gives an even, subtle glow to the skin.
Since using it, our make-up free days are much more frequent.
Glossier Cloud Paint - Was £15, Now £12
One of the original Glossier products and, in our opinion, one of the best. Forget those old school cheek stains that literally stain and don't budge, this buildable liquid gives a subtle wash of colour. It even converts die-hard powder blush fans.
Dusk - a dusty pink - is our favourite, but there's a shade for all skin tones or prefrences.
Hourglass Unlocked Instant Extensions Mascara - Was £29, Now £21.75
If you're not on the tubing mascara train then you've not been paying attention to us harping on about it at any given opportunity. Long story short, it removes with warm water like putty, rather than melting. No transferring, no flaking, no panda-eyes.

Forget Santal 33, This is our must-have Le Labo scent. It's super similar to the bespoke fragrance the brand created for the Edition hotels: woody but fresh, smoky but sweet.

This delicious smelling formula cocoons your face with goodness so you genuinely wake up looking better. An oldie but a goodie, it's one of the only products we always, always have in our arsenal.
Called me fickle but we see this in someone's bathroom, we think better of them. It's not just a pretty (minimalist, monochrome) face either: the hand wash inside is still one of the best.
