She and her girls celebrated Roberson's 28th birthday at The Nice Guy, a Los Angeles lounge, and that's where Gomez rolled out new bangs and an elegant Jenny Packham dress—the kind you'd expect to see at a movie premiere, gala, or on Kate Middleton (who's a big fan of the designer), say in Warsaw.
