Amber Heard and Johnny Depp Call It Quits

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp have split, TMZ is reporting. Heard filed for divorce on Monday, citing irreconcilable differences.

Heard and Depp were married last February 2015 and confirmed their engagement in March 2014, after a year and a half of dating. In July 2015, Heard told ELLE of their relationship, "We've been together for a long time now, so it's been a fairly organic process. I have a fiercely independent spirit. I have my own everything."

Prior to marrying Heard, Depp was in a relationship with Vanessa Paradis (the mother of his children Lily-Rose and Jack) for 14 years. They separated in June 2012, when Depp was rumored to have started dating Heard.
