In October, Sabrina Carpenter told Time that performing at the Grammys was a dream of hers. Today, it finally came true. The “Espresso” singer just graced the stage of the Los Angeles ceremony to perform a medley of “Espresso” and “Please, Please, Please.” Though she started her set in a bedazzled suit, she quickly changed into a powder blue leotard for the theatrical, cabaret-inspired number. The looks were custom Dolce & Gabbana.

She began by descending upon a set of white stairs to a jazzy rendition of “Espresso” before picking up the tempo (and swapping her costume). Backed by a handful of dancers, Carpenter even tap-danced at one point, and hopped into a few lines of “Please, Please, Please.”

Carpenter is doing more than just singing at tonight’s ceremony; she also has several nominations and won the award for Best Pop Solo Performance (“Espresso”) ahead of the show. Her other nods include: Record of the Year (“Espresso”), Album of the Year (Short n’ Sweet), Song of the Year (“Please Please Please”), Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album (Short n’ Sweet), Best Remixed Recording (“Espresso (Mark Ronson x FNZ Working Late Remix)”), and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical (Short n’ Sweet).

Carpenter is currently on a break from her Short n’ Sweet tour. She’ll start her European leg in March. In December, she spoke to British Vogue about how she feels having her U.S. dates behind her.

“Touring is never easy, I’m pretty honest about that, but it was such a gift,” she said. “This tour has been so much more fun than any other show I’ve ever put on. It’s so theatrical and it involves the audience, so every night feels different, based off of how the audience is feeling and what they’re giving to me. I was just blown away by the fact that it was my first arena tour, and we sold out every show. That was really overwhelming in such a positive way.
