Sophie Turner had friends, including Taylor Swift, to lean on after she filed her custody lawsuit against estranged husband Joe Jonas to return their two children to England. Turner’s court filing made widespread headlines yesterday for revealing details about their relationship and its dissolution, and Jonas’ rep issued a response.
Turner was photographed out in New York City multiple times yesterday but most notably while getting dinner with Swift for the second time this week. Both were dressed casually for an evening with friends at Hotel Barriére Fouquet. Turner arrived first, wearing a white Bleusalt T-shirt, gray skirt, red flats, and carrying a rainbow Saint Laurent bag.
Page Six reported that Swift arrived minutes later. She was in a black off-the-shoulder top, The Row slacks, and Aquazzura heels. She accessorized with a Logan Hollowell choker and Brandon Blackwood bag.

While Swift briefly dated Jonas as a teenager back in 2008, a source told Entertainment Tonight earlier this week that her and Turner’s shared romantic history with Jonas has not affected their relationship.
“[They] have always liked and respected each other,” the source said. “They are fans of each other and have been friends for a while. Sophie doesn't care that Taylor dated Joe. It was so long ago and in the past. Taylor has a good time when she's with Sophie and they enjoyed some fun girl time together last night.”
Turner and Swift first got dinner together on Tuesday.
