Like any newly-engaged first-time Oscar nominee would, Kristen Stewart brought her fiancée, Dylan Meyer, to the ceremony with her. The two posed together on the red carpet and didn't hide their affection for each other. They kissed and held hands in front of the cameras.
Stewart and Meyer did match outfits again, wearing chic suits; they've coordinated outfits throughout award season events with the help of Stewart's stylist, Tara Swennen.
Stewart has been open during award season about their recent engagement and wedding plans. Stewart spoke to Entertainment Tonight in January about how she's keeping the details of the ceremony private because they're still being worked out. “I don't even know detail-wise, I don't know how many traditions we're going to follow,” she said. “But I know what I’m gonna wear, and I can't tell you. Like, the whole thing, we kind of have to do the surprise thing.”
To Stephen Colbert in late January, she joked that she and Meyer would elope. “I want to have a big party or something. I’m so unceremonial. I think we might just go do it this weekend or something, I don't know, and then, like, just hang out with everyone afterwards,” Stewart said.
“I just want to do it,” she stressed. “I’m not a good planner. I can’t make plans for dinner. I like to pivot. You never know where I’m going, man.”
Stewart and Meyer sparked marriage rumors when they were photographed wearing matching gold bands on their ring fingers out in early March.
