Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson may not be far into their relationship, but they have no problems showing it off. Simpson posted a photo of him kissing Cyrus’ head to his Instagram stories on Saturday writing, “pre swim breakfast courtesy of baby.” Baby!
Simpson and Cyrus were first seen showing some PDA on Thursday, when they were spotted kissing while out to eat in Los Angeles. Her outing with Simpson came just a couple weeks after her split with Kaitlynn Carter was announced. Many commenters were quick to criticize her for moving on too quickly, prompting Cyrus to post a note defending herself.
“I am trying to just THRIVE/survive in a 'man's' world,”she wrote. “If we can’t beat 'em, join 'em! If our president can 'grab 'em by the pussy….' can’t I just have a kiss and açaí bowl?!?!”
She continued: “This ‘dating’ thing is new to me too. I’ve never been an 'adult'/ grown ass woman experiencing this. I was in a committed relationship for almost all my teens and early 20s, with the exception of a few breaks, which usually in those times I was working my ass off with not much R&R, and ‘meeting / trusting’ people in my position is really tuff. Don’t fucking pity me, not what I’m asking for. I have a great life; I wouldn’t trade for ‘privacy,’ but PLEASE don’t make this awkward for me! While Cyrus is currently going through a divorce with her soon-to-be-ex-husband Liam Hemsworth. According to E! News, Hemsworth has been taking the opposite approach, spending the last few months in Australia with his family.
