Celebrities often bring spouses as their dates to award shows, but Sandra Oh, who is nominated for Best Actress in a Drama at the 2018 awards, brought her mom and dad. They made an adorable trio on the red carpet, and when a Variety reporter asked whether Mrs. Oh was proud of her famous daughter, she said, "I'm so proud of her," before giving Sandra a kiss on the cheek. "That happened on film!" said a blissful Oh in response.
Oh has a close relationship with her parents; she told W Magazine that she's brought them to awards shows and invited them on red carpets before. In fact, she brought them with her to the Emmys exactly a decade ago, in 2008. In April, Oh posted a photo of her parents smiling in front of a giant Killing Eve billboard to Instagram, with the caption "Proud #immigrantparents Just took me 30 yrs..."
