With weeks to go until Khloé Kardashian gives birth to her baby daughter, it's clear from recent photos of the mom-to-be and beau Tristan Thompson that they can't wait to be parents.
However, an insider recently told People that the baby's gender was a bit of a sore point for the 32-year-old at first.
Following the gender reveal, a source told the publication: "She really wanted a boy and that's what she was expecting. She was definitely disappointed, but is also so happy that God provided her with this gift."
That would explain why it was widely rumored that the reality star was expecting a baby boy.
The source went on to say that the pregnant star "plans to keep things private for a bit" and will share news of the baby when "she's ready."
The news comes a day after Khloé released several photos of her with Tristan taken by Sasha Samsonova.
