After being delayed an hour because of their late train, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have begun their third official royal engagement together today in Cardiff. The two arrived at Cardiff Castle, Markle with her hair in a bun and in black:
Markle is in a Stella McCartney coat and Hiut Denim trousers. She paid tribute to Wales with her green handbag by DeMellier London, royal reporters noted.
