Pasta is suddenly all over my Instagram feed like Supreme just dropped a Sbarro collab. Ribbons of spaghetti cascading from lipsticked mouths. Pasta suspended above plates of otherwise untouched pasta. International pasta. Pasta art. All pasta everything. "But why?" you ask.

I don't know. Maybe I'm hungry? Or perhaps pasta (in all of its forms) is less intrusive than Instagram's other favorite prop food, pizza. Unlike a triangular slice, pasta occupies less real estate, which means a fork full of linguini won't obscure your face. So there's that.

Either way, if you're wondering what to order for dinner this fall, the answer is unequivocally pasta. Here, a guide to all the ways you can incorporate pasta into your carefully curated online persona.
