Sofia Coppola to Direct Marc Jacobs Documentary

Louis Vuitton Unveils Exhibition in Osaka

From July 15 to September 17, Louis Vuitton is staging an extensive exhibition at the Nakanoshima Museum of Art in Osaka, coinciding with the World Expo. Roger Vivier and Lesage Partner on a New Collection for Fall

Roger Vivier, in collaboration with longtime partner Lesage, has unveiled an extension of its fall 2025 collection, showcasing exclusive one-of-a-kind designs. LVMH Announces 2025 Prize Jury

Following a semi-final presentation in March, LVMH has officially announced the industry names who will comprise its final jury overseeing the coveted LVMH Prize. Sarah Burton, creative director at Givenchy, will join for the first time, alongside Jonathan Anderson, Marc Jacobs, and more. The eight semi-finalists—Alainpaul, All-In, Francesco Murano, Soshiotsuki, Steve O Smith, Tolu Coker, Torishéju, and Zomer—will present on September 3 in hopes of securing the €400,000 cash prize.

JW Anderson Will Begin Curating Unique Objects

While Jonathan Anderson heads up both menswear and womenswear at Dior, his eponymous label is taking a break from the runway. That doesn’t mean it won’t ever return—it’s just up to something new. Jordan Roth Is Staging a Live Performance at the Louvre

Jordan Roth is introducing a bold new kind of exhibition to Paris’s most iconic museum. Titled “Radical Acts of Unrelenting Beauty,” the immersive showcase fuses performance art, fashion, and theater—all unfolding within the groundbreaking haute couture exhibition, “Louvre Couture.” The experience will close out couture week on July 10 with a 30-minute performance staged three times in succession, with brief intermissions. Sotheby’s to Auction Jane Birkin’s Iconic Original Handbag

The white whale of collectible bags is up for sale. On July 10, Sotheby’s will auction Jane Birkin’s original Birkin bag. The design was initially created due to a chance encounter on a flight between Birkin and Jean-Louis Dumas, the then-artistic director of Hermès, transforming handbags forever. The Birkin is scheduled as Lot 8 and bidding will begin at approximately 10:10 A.M. ET. You can watch the live auction here.

Chanel Opens an Outdoor Cinema at the Louvre

From now until July 5, you can relax under the Parisian stars and enjoy an outdoor film screening at the Louvre, courtesy of Chanel. This year’s Festival Cinéma Paradiso Louvre kicked off with a screening of The Virgin Suicides by Sofia Coppola and will be followed by In the Mood for Love by Wong Kar-Wai, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me by David Lynch, and The Secret Agent by Kleber Mendonça Filho. Tickets are free and available through a lottery here.
