See the Best-Dressed Celebrities at the 2025 Met Gala
Pinstripes and suiting, galore!
And just like that, the first Monday in May is officially here. Fashion’s biggest names and Hollywood’s brightest stars have gathered in New York City this evening to celebrate the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Exhibit’s spring exhibition, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” which features a dress code described as: Tailored for You.
To no surprise, attendees showed up in their Monday best, featuring iterations on sleek suiting, top-notch stitching, and so much more. This year’s red carpet showcased plenty of unexpected takes on suiting, such as Teyana Taylor’s Marc Jacobs ensemble or Ego Nwodim’s peplum look. Of course, there were plenty of standout moments—such as a performance of “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” and co-chair Colman Domingo’s outfit reveal. Ahead, see the best looks our team is loving from this year’s Met Gala red carpet.
