Anthony used a gold metal pigment from Mehron and applied it wet for a "high-tech finish," he says. "It helps with longevity to line the eye with a gold pencil or a waterproof cream liner first." Make sure whatever liner you do apply first is super smooth so the gold has a slick surface to top.

Base the rest of the look in neutrals to allow the foil-like strip to be your only accent. To further the party feel, refresh whatever you wore to the office with a pair of statement earrings (a thin bar of gold echoes the pop atop your eyes).

Amp up your regular highlighter game by trying a new tool. "Apply a shimmery powder with a smaller face brush, then buff out the edges," Anthony suggests. By concentrating the product, you'll get a gorgeous lit-from-within look.

Another makeup bag upgrade that enhances your everyday look? False lashes. Play with a pair, cutting them to be the right fit for your eye (Anthony likes a spiked style for extra oomph).

When you're up for anything, your makeup should have the same playful, all-out feel. Anthony went sparkliest here, re-creating the glitter-bomb look Pat McGrath introduced us to. Prep lips with matte lipstick the same hue as your glitter, and then get ready to shine. "Dip a small brush into a pot of lip balm, then wipe off excess on the back of your hand or a tissue. Dip the brush into glitter and apply onto your lips."

It goes without saying that lips this bold are the focal point. Keep everything else strong but simple—a half-up topknot feels appropriately trendy, while also keeping stray strands away from the glittery pout.
