Like many things, finding the right beauty tool requires some trial and error. "Sometimes, finding the right styling tools for your hair texture involves experimentation. In my experience, If you have curly or coarse hair, tools like hot or velcro rollers might not provide the smoothness you want unless you've first blow-dried your hair. But if your hair's straight, you can typically achieve your desired style using just a blow dryer and hot tools," says Valles. "I always consider the thickness and density of the hair when selecting the right styling tool. Fine hair may need gentler tools with protective coatings to avoid damage, while thicker hair may require more heat or stronger tools to achieve the desired style."
What techniques and tips can I try at home to achieve similar results to a Dyson?
Contrary to what we are often told, sometimes buying the latest tool isn't always the best choice. Sometimes, going back to classic methods can result in an even better final look without the unnecessary financial stress. "You can easily achieve similar results by using a blow dryer with a round brush and velcro jumbo rollers.
